12 WEEK COMPLETE SUPPORT

This is an 12 week programme for those who would like to make a change to their eating and lifestyle habits for the long term.

Throughout the 12 weeks, we will focus on different areas of health and wellness (food fundamentals, gut health, sleep, stress, cravings & more) to gain a deeper understanding of how our nutrition/lifestyle habits can support these common barriers to wellness.

You will receive a personalised handbook 4 weeks containing an easy meal plan to follow, recipes, your nutrition and lifestyle points to implement and extra information to help you with your plan.

What will you need to do?

I will send you a 4 day food diary for you to complete. Asking you to be as honest as possible. There is no judgement (there are no “good” or “bad” foods”) and this will help me tailor your 8 week programme to what you need.

A health and lifestyle questionnaire so I can understand how you are currently functioning and what your lifestyle looks like.

Put aside 1 hour every month for 12 weeks to have our 1:1 session to see how you are progressing and to make any necessary changes to your plan

What is included in 12 Complete Support?

  • Initial 1:1 to make sure that this programme is tailored to your goals and needs 

  • Dietary Analysis 

  • Monthly (every 4 weeks) one to one sessions, making sure your plan is personalised and working for you 

  • A foundation on how to eat well and nourish your body not just for the duration of the programme but on how to sustain your progress for the long term 

  • A new, personalised handbook every 4 weeks (one for each month of the package) with a different focus on how best to support your goals and get the most out of your plan 

  • Meals plans with recipes 

  • Shopping lists

  • A weekly check in sheet to monitor how you are doing and also to flag any challenges that may appear between monthly 1:1 sessions 

  • Supplement recommendations (if suitable for you)

  • Email/whatsapp support throughout the week for quick questions

What is the fee for this 12 week programme?

£450.00

This can be paid in 3 installments of £150.00 split over 3 months. If you need a different payment option, please feel free to email me. I am happy to work with you to come up with the best payment option that works for everyone.
